evening prayer (6/29/2017)

“… finished praying, fire came down from heaven… glory of the Lord filled the temple… knelt… with their faces to the ground… worshiped and gave thanks to the Lord, saying, “He is good; His love endures forever.” Lord, we are your people, who are called by your Name. We humble ourselves and kneel before You. We humbly pray and seek your face. We confess our sins and turn from our wicked ways, asking that we will once again hear from heaven. Lord, we ask You to forgive our sins and heal our land. Father, may your eyes be open and your ears attentive to the prayers we offer in this place. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
