evening prayer (3/22/2017)

O Lord, God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love Him and keep his commandments, let your ear be attentive and your eyes be open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day and night. I confess the sins that we, including myself… have committed against You. We remember the instruction You gave us… if we will return to You and obey your commands, You will gather us and bring us to the place You have chosen as a dwelling for your Name. We are your servants and your people, whom you have redeemed by your great strength and your mighty hand. Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant and to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your Name. For the glory of your Son, Jesus. Amen.
