morning prayer (9/4/2016)

Good morning Jesus. Thank you Lord that you first loved me. That you gave your life for me. That you took all of my sin and crucified it on the cross so that I could be forgiven. And then Jesus, you rose from the dead so that I could have life. Now Lord, my sin has been cast as far as the east is from the west, no longer to be remembered. And now Father God, you see me as righteous, because of your Son. That’s it! Lord, we can argue about scripture, we can disagree about doctrines…..but at the end of it, if we believe in our hearts that you rose from the dead and confess with our mouths that you are Lord, we shall be saved! Hallelujah! For as high as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His loving kindness toward those who fear Him. As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. Just as a father has compassion on his children, So the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him. Psalm 103:11-13
